We discuss his many collaborations with director Sydney Pollack as well as his work on A Time to Kill with director Joel Schumacher and Scent of a Woman with director Martin Brest. We also discuss his early collaborations with his father Oscar winning editor Fredric Steinkamp and director Billy Wilder.
